Môc Liberec - pravá vietnamská kuchyně — Restaurant in okres Liberec

This whole fiasco started already when I arrived. The place was half empty, but I was unable to sit wherever I wanted (no reservations) instead I've been greeted by "You alone ? Sit here !" and was set at a small table in the middle of the room. I could get over that, but then it took ages for the staff to even get me a menu / take my order... The staff was really unfriendly, not even one smile through the whole lunch (40mins?). My order was taken after two tables (that came after me) already got their drinks, had orders done. The menu has nice pictures but is a chaotic mess, with many grammar errors.

Then came the food, after half an hour (the other two tables were already done with their food), Pho Bo - it was bland, stock had no taste, meat was rubbery, with it came a small bowl with lime and ONE lousy slice of chilli pepper. The food was definitely not worth the wait / unpleasant staff. They even forgot my drink (was sitting there half an hour dry), which came after I've been half way through the food.

The only two redeeming factors of this establishment are the looks (nice equipment, everything is new, it's cozy) and the one waitress (blonde hair) that was trying to help everyone..

Amazing place, amazing food, amazing beverage and amazing service people. I really enjoy the food and all. Service people were so nice and pleasent and serve with energy and good vibe. The guy brought the drinks was amazing and the other guy who came to take the order ( unfortunately i dont have his photo here. Forgot to take.) He was also really amazing and had he knowledge about the food and reccomanded us what to order. Take care of those people. In gastronomie those kind of energetic people should be. Also the mung been cake was amazing. I really likes it. Overall thank you very much for all. Keep going. Good luck. I definitely reccomand everybody to go there and enjoy...

Weird place to eat, came in with big expectations, but walked out disappointed. When we looked at the reviews it seemed super promising and the photos looked good, but in reality the food was really average or not that good even in terms of taste. Ordered 4 different meals, and only 2 were alright. Few were super dry and one had weird taste. Soups were pretty good for the price though. And also most of the bowls and plates are cracked...
