Bageterie BANH-MI-BA Křižíkova — Restaurant in Prague

They had the audacity to charge me for two meals that I never received! I ordered directly through their website, expecting my food at 3:45 PM. By 4 PM, with no food in sight, I called them up only to be told that the food was ready and waiting for Wolt. First of all, I did NOT order through Wolt! If they knew their delivery would be late, they SHOULD have called me or found another way to get my food to me on time.I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. Instead, they delivered it anyway. I called again and was told not to receive the food, with the manager assuring me that the money would be returned. Yet, I never got the confirmation. When Wolt arrived, I DID NOT accept the food.Then, I received a bogus confirmation from Wolt saying the food was delivered, which it WAS NOT! When I called to find out what the hell was going on, they outright ignored my calls. This is absolutely unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN!

I had ordered the curry gaa (chicken curry & rice) and the flavour was as already mentioned here earlier by some other guest a bit bland. Actually it missed several Vietnamese herbs flavour! You can't say that this curry gaa is the authentic curry dish as served in Hochi min city. But the clean interior of this restaurant is truly awesome. Also the restroom is super clean as I not have seen before in any other restaurants! It's truly great to see this kind of sterile restaurant. Wish there are more restaurants restrooms like Bahn-mi-ba. Thank you for a nice stay at your restaurant. Perhaps if your food better of flavour, you will earn more often...

One of my favorite lunch spots in Karlín and generally one of my favorite fast foods. They offer a wide variety of Vietnamese foods ranging from vegetarian bowls, curry bowls, noodles, banh mi and a few apetizers including multiple summer rolls.

I think the price is fair and I leave satisfied most of the time. I very much recommend the chicken curry bowl or tofu banh mi. From the drink options, I recommend the Lichi lemonade.

Be prepared that this particular store does not have AC and on hot summer days, I would recommend a take away instead. During lunch hours, you might wait about 15 minutes and the place can also...
