Viet Street — Restaurant in Prague

I have known this restaurant for 3 years.

I often ordered curry fried rice and salad with chicken.

I often ordered takeout, and visited for a meal when I had time.

The reason I am leaving this review is that I hope this restaurant will develop its food a little more.

Before this restaurant moved, the food was really good. The price was reasonable and the taste was really good, so there were always a lot of people in the restaurant regardless of whether it was weekdays or weekends.

However, after the move, for some reason, the quality of the food went down and the price went up. I understand that the price of ingredients went up and the price of each menu went up because the restaurant moved.

However, I was disappointed because the quality of the food, which is really important, went down. How can the texture of curry fried rice be the same as risotto? How can the texture of fried noodles be soggy? Why is the taste of food during the week different from that of food on the weekend?

I can compromise with different environments, services, and conditions. But the quality of taste that is really important in a restaurant cannot be compromised.

I really hope this restaurant prospers.

If the staff or owner of the restaurant is reading this review, I hope they check the quality of the restaurant menu and recipes again.

The customers must have changed a lot before and after the store moved.

Then I hope you compare the photos of your menu from 1-3 years ago with the photos of the current menu.

The quality of the soup and fried dishes in particular is so different.

I visited your restaurant once a week or once every two weeks after the move, but it doesn't seem to have changed at all, so I'm leaving this review.

I like your restaurant and really hope your restaurant develops in the future.

I hope this review can be an opportunity to develop your restaurant.

I've ordered chicken in sweet souse , but they gave me smth which looks like duck and cooled differently, we had asked what is it. They had replied that it is chicken. But it was not a chicken in sweet souse as usually it should be. Another situation, it is lemonade based on pech or mango , but it was with something which made a flavor like lavanda and the lemonade it was souch sweet ( And the price for all of this it was high as usual

So, the food - I would say that it would be 2 points (sometime good, mostly not) Service is fast and quick, but they have to know what they are giving to customers Atmosphere fresh new , but style not in time

In general review I would tight it up to 2...

I always order the dish BUN XAO CURRY, it's fried rice curry with chicken and I order it ALWAYS without the spicy sauce (curry).

This is the third time they messed up my ordered... 1st time: It took a lot of time and they wanted to give me a wrong order 2nd time: They gave me a wrong order 3rd time (today): they gave me the dish but with the spicy sauce (curry) thing that I always ALWAYS mention to DON'T put it.

Don't take me wrong I like the dish, it's delicious but only WITHOUT that sauce (curry), with the sauce I really don't like it and I prefer use that red bottle sauce that is always on their tables.

Anyways, they have a problem with communication, I hope...
