After being weekly customers for over two years, we are forced to reduce our rating to one star due to a recent upsetting experience. As vegetarians, we ordered veggie spring rolls and veggie Pad Thai, but received dishes containing pork and chicken—errors affected all three items. The chicken, mixed with tofu in the Pad Thai, was hard to spot until after we had begun eating. This incident, occurring the night before our participation in the Prague Marathon and after years of avoiding meat, could disrupt our digestion. Although the waitress was understanding (and thank you for this), the waiter's casual remark that "mistakes happen" was frustrating—a refund does not make up for this. Such a defensive attitude toward a serious error is not acceptable. It was important for us that staff recognize the seriousness of this issue and ensure that steps would be taken to prevent future mistakes, but nothing was mentioned about this. Read moreJust ordered take away from them through app and I have to say this restaurant is not ethical, they will just take your money without being responsible for the quality or your request of the food… if you can’t make it according to the request then just don’t accept the order! Imagine if you have allergies and ask them to replace that ingredient but they still put it in the food for you to consume, and you only find out after an hour of waiting when it arrives. We made a request to change the rice noodle to rice, if the restaurant couldn’t deliver on the request they could have just declined the order! Not accepting it and then making you wait an hour for the wrong order, then wasting your time for another hour dealing with customer support meanwhile you’re still hungry. If you don’t have rice available then just decline the order, don’t try to ruin other people’s day with your unprofessionalism and horrible service!
