Burrito Loco — Restaurant in Prague

This place is a joke. Went there last night, have been told they are busy and it could get a while to get my order. I was ok with that until I realized there are just two customers in front of me, that means two orders! The staff works in the slowest pace possible. Not just the staff is slow, but they are not coordinated, sometimes it felt they just walk around doing nothing. Anywho, those two another customers got served and the staff took a break? He just stood there chatting to his colleague completely ignoring my order. I waited patiently at the front of the shop, saying nothing. He probably saw me there still waiting so started making my order. Meanwhile another customers walked in and placed theirs orders. There is a food delivery guy waiting as well. Ok my order is being finished, I asked for the mild sauce, of course I got the spicy one. Whatever I can deal with that. But after the guy finished my burrito, he placed it on the counter and said nothing. How l am I supposed to know it's my order? I literally had to ask if this is mine and if I can take it. What a service man, not...

Disgusting person refused me service when he saw I was a man with painted nails. Pretended not to know the words burrito or quesadilla and then pretended he couldn’t see what I pointed at on the menu. Homophobic and also presumptive and no way to run a business. Money. For. Burrito... nope. Fire this guy. Very close to shaved head. Not the other guy though he pretended not to see any of it. None of this was well acted. Just gross.

EDIT: management emailed me back and they seem like they handled it. When I went back a week later to the same guys working he kinda left for a smoke when he saw me but his colleague apologized for the other night when he saw my nails I’d been hiding while ordering this time, when I finally went to pay and had to use my hands, so seems they got a talking to at least. Unfortunately, this visit of Burrito Loco wasn’t the only one that was sadly underwhelming. From my experiences the location has a shift with staff who are always nice and professional and then the other staff (that i have experienced). Who somehow always either messed up/didnt put somethings in the order, been rude to the customers or myself and just made me personally feel like any more visits of Burrito Loco at Kommunardu location is not worth it. Which brings me to the food. The quality seems to be declining throughout the years and my experience at this location is that multiple times they we out of some ingredients (not like 10 minutes before closing time but more like 3-4 hours and earlier before closing).
