Leon Hotel and Hostel — Hotel in Prague

looking for a cheap couple of nights on a stag weekend you could do worse than the Leon...i found the place to be basic but clean, security being a hostel was very good we had 7 rooms and the guy on the desk knew we were together one of us went back to get something and was phoned to get someone elses coat from their room..the guy knew we were all together but wouldnt give out the key to anyone but the guy in the room, inconvenient as he didnt get is jacket but made things very safe.... so the rooms had their own keys and then there was a hallway with bathroom and a front door which both rooms had a key to and the toilet/shoer/sink room unfortunately the door to this had no lock on it fortuntely the other room was occupied by another guy in our party so introduced 'doors shut--someones in' which worked. One of our party had an accidnet and his jacket and jeans were in need of cleaning and when he asked what could be done, they said leave it with us we will sort it out cannot say if they charged as i didnt ask, but there was no problems and he got his gear back cleaned and was happy. check out was 11 am and they are quite keen on that, one note of caution we had rooms on the top floor with velux skylights which we left open when it rained and guess what they leaked in but that was more doh at us. So this place wouldnt be for everyone, its an 8 minute tram ride into the old town or a 1 1/2 hour walk with a drunken friend as two of us found out, theres a mcdonalds close by and a kebab shop as well as other shops and a bakery........ MASSIVE TIP GET THE UBER APP ON YOUR PHONE AND ONLY ONLY USE UBER..........UBER trip 115 czh crowns.....normal taxi...

We booked this hotel as I had read the reviews and many were good, little did we know that when we arrived at the hotel they took us to a “authorised staff entrance only” to an outer area. We wasn’t exactly in the hotel we was outside it. I’d class it as a shed we got given 4 keys. He literally pointed to where our room was (in the hours of 23:00) basically pitched black night. (Picture shown) and we had to find out what keys were what on our own as he went back inside. When we eventually got into one door, there was another door, again when we had to find the right key we eventually got inside. The room smelt musky and unclean. Low and behold we found a number of (pubic hairs) all over the bed, also the shower was basically in the room, I was with my friend and we didn’t feel comfortable showering in vision of eachother as we have decency. I’d say this was basically a bathroom with a bed in. I have never seen such thing like it! We was completely shocked and disgusted! The room was equipped with a television which brightened up our spirit, until we turned it on and it had no signal what so ever. The mirror in the bathroom was held up by masking tape (see picture). The room was absolutely freezing compared to the main building! The very good thing is that they offer you a taxi pick up from the airport in the price and it is in a strategic position(very close to the tram station). Apart for that the experience wasn’t very good because of the following issues :|broken window(the window was literally falling on me, sliding from the junction when I tried to open it), the bedsheets were too thin(mattress thread could be clearly seen, as nothing was on top of it), no hairdryer, only one small towel, shower mixer plenty of mould as no one never ever passed a wet wipe with some detergent on it in its whole life. I asked to change the room because the bedsheets were plenty of stains and hairs, the staff didn’t even apologised about it, making me looking as a picky person(after blowing with an annoyed face). They gave me a slightly better room but still in conditions not acceptable for a 3 star hotel(that room had actually the faulty window and there were still hair on the sheet).
