Booked for one night (during November), very good location. Tramstop is right behind the corner, two stops from metro station/train station. Room was on ground floor, but windows were facing entrance (side alley), so there was almost no disturbance (ppl talking in front of entrance can be noisy). Room (107) had a separate entrance and private bathroom. Shower/shampoo available, soap, towels, hairdryer and toilet paper were available. In the room there was a tv and a kitchenette with kettle, fridge, microwave and sink (dishsoap, spongeand towel there). Tea and coffee were available (even salt and sugar), glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, bottle opener (wine and beer) were included in the room. Safe was available in the closet. Outer blinds gave a bit more privacy and dark during night. Reception is 24/7, there was no problem additionaly check-in at 22:00. Separate entrance was great for noise cancellation from the hallway. Shower was huge, good water pressure. Bed was nice and comfortable. Heating could be regulated, when turned to max it was very warm very quickly. Overall room was nice and clean, trash cans in the bathroom and mainroom hidden inder sink) What I didn't like was missing air conditioning (stayed during winter, so no need for it), no paper tissues (during winter I have runny nose, toilet paper can do and I have my own tissues but having them included would be nicer), no coat hanger in the entrance room, only in the closet. Close to the desk there was only one outlet (where tv was plugged in), so if you'd like to work on the laptop, you need to unplug the tv. Only coffee spoons were available and they were too short for the cups. For the conclusion, I recommend the hotel, for one night...
Read moreA nice hotel in the north of Prague. Pros: The place is pretty much what you expect for the price, maybe even a bit better then expected. We stayed there for four nights and for two people, the size of the room and the utilities were perfect. Room was cleaned and beds were made every morning by the room service. The location is also really nice as it is not a touristy area, so it's quiet and relaxing. There are good restaurants and all the grocery stores you need within 5 minutes of walking. There is a tram stop 2 minutes form the hotel, so you can easily travel by public transport wherever you need.
Cons: The rooms although nice, are on the cheaper side. Stuff can be found broken, like the shower head or the curtains, but nothing that prevents you form using them as intended. Also, 90 % of the stuff that looks like wood is not actually wood. Or it might be, but there is plastic veneer with a wooden pattern over it (to make it look like natural wood). The facade of the hotel is not really, well, there. So it might be a bit confusing at first to find the entrance (which is on the side) The view is not good. But again, you are not paying for an amazing view.
All in all, really good place for the money. Would stay...
Read moreI made a reservation and arrived at the reception around 3 p.m. There were two staff members, both of whom spoke very good English. After completing the paperwork, they handed me the room key.
The room was quite nice and clean, and overall, I was very satisfied with their service. My only recommendations would be to provide slippers in the room and to fix the shower it works, but not perfectly.
The location is also excellent. You can easily reach anywhere, as there are several tram lines right in front of the building. There are also many supermarkets nearby, such as Lidl, Rossmann, and DM, and plenty of local restaurants and coffee shops just a 3–5 minute walk away.
Some people might give four stars, but I really appreciate their kindness, and since everything else was great (and I could use the shower just fine), I’m giving...
