As someone who loves coffee and brews at home regularly, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, my V60 experience was quite disappointing. The coffee was overly bitter and unbalanced, likely due to extraction issues, but the biggest problem was the quality of the beans. They seemed low-grade and too harsh, which really affected the overall taste. For a cafe with such a high rating, I expected much better. Lovely place! Filled with plants you can buy or adopt. I bought this tiny cute one. It's relatively undiscovered yet, I think, so I always have a nice spot to myself when I need to unwind. The beverages taste decent too :) my only problem would be that the latte I ordered was lukewarm when I got it. I'm used to burn-your-tongue hot strong coffees that I usually let sit awhile before I drink; not expecting that but warming the drinks up a little...

I wish we had found this cafe sooner! I'd have come everyday. We came twice. First time we had takeaway lattes and crossiants and I spent the 20 minute drive repeating how good they were.
