Two stars for getting cheaper. Otherwise there are better stores already opened in Prague. The thing I don't get to this day is, when you're running out of some items, why wait till you have no more before ordering them? (That's what the workers told me is how it works) reason why I am saying this is that every time I went for something that should be in every korean store (kimchi, tteok, sesame oil) they didn't have it. The new workers are kind of rude and don't get me started on the quality of the tteok. As soon as I took them out of the package they totally cracked, and that is not only once, every time. Once I saw them load piping hot packages of them into the freezer so my guess is that's why. Every visit is in some way a dissapointment, why do I keep visiting? If it wasn't the closest Asian grocery store to me, I...
Read moreOne of my favorite places to shop (because Prague doesn’t really have many like these lol). Never had any complains but today I was flabbergasted. I bought few things, in my calculations it was around 300-400kc. However at the counter I paid 1400kc. First I was like weird but maybe I miscalculated something…my bad I should’ve reacted but I decided to look at the receipt. I got receipt and to my surprise there was some random item : 1kilo of sencha which cost 939kc. I didn’t had it in my basket and I don’t know how it got there. The cashier that scanned my goods didn’t said anything, with pokerface he returned me money and the second one said - oh yeah sorry it happens - like WOW. Service. VERY...
Read moreI had very unpleasant situation today in Prague 1 branch. The cashier was always on her phone, I was buying only 4 products, she showed the price much higher that I calculated. Nevertheless I paid for it, once I got the receipt, I saw that she charged me something I never bought, some kind of chopsticks that cost 160Kc. I told her that, without even apologizing she gave back this amount in cash. It looked like they were trying to fool customers who looked like like foreigners and tourists who mostly do not check on the spot the receipts in foreign currency. Moreover, I just realized she gave back the amount only for chopsticks, though they also charged taxes...
