I just had the most delicious, biggest and best falafel pita sandwich in Prague, ever! Heaven. Just like eating in Riyadh. 😋 Huge! I ordered two thinking, well, I always eat two, (all the other places here treat ME street food as precious) but they surprised me. And not just big, but everything made just right out of good fresh ingredients. I had two “specials” - falafel pitas with hummus, baba ganoush and tahini, which is how I used to get them in the ME, and they made it just the way I like it I hope you all appreciate my sacrifice... The owner told me he makes everything by hand and he didn’t start preparing any of the food until after I order so everything was very fresh. As an Iraqi who has best chef at home, I rarely ever say this about anything but this is genuinely better than my mom’s falafel.
