Fuku Wok & Sushi — Restaurant in Prague

Maybe this joint was good some time ago... Today it was simple disgusting; I am sitting down now sick to my stomach sipping tea and hopping not to vomit. I got sick immediately after the first serving. It was not my first visit; the restaurant was not exciting before but ok for a quick lunch. Now one section is closed and the selection is limited maybe recycled from the local dumpster. I understand them, with the pandemic all offices are empty but still the remaining small selection must be improved. There is something else very unsettling, and it is the sight of entire rolls of “sushi” uncut and sitting outside on a table without any cooling or ice...This is outright dangerous and irresponsible, maybe there isn’t any fish inside, sure as hell I am not going back. Even if there were no fish, today is almost 30 degrees and the food sits at room temperature with absolute disregard. Not to mention the price of 170kc for 8 pieces, prepared cheaply and without any effort what so ever. Anyway, if you can stay away from it, in the meantime I hope I won’t have to puke in the...

Minulou sobotu jsme byli v teto ,, restauraci”, ktera mi neustale vyskakovala na soc.sitich. At uz tiktok, instagram, nebo facebook. Libilo se nam, ze nabizi formu ALL YOU CAN EAT, se kterou se pysne prezentuji na soc. sitich a kvuli cemu jsme tam prijeli. Dorazili jsme do prazdne restaurace v odpoledni hodine. Obsazene byly asi tri stoly. Prisla nas obslouzit Rusky mluvici servirka, ktera absolutne neumela cesky. Rekla jsem si o jejich domaci limonadu a slecna nic nerozumela. Asi na potreti jsme se dorozumeli. Pote slecna prisla objednat jidlo. Ptam se na formu ALL YOU CAN EAT. Slecna opet, ze nerozumi. Znovu se opakuji. Zase na me kouka a mlci a nevi co po ni chci. ( to uz jsem mela vztek, protoze jedete dve hodiny za necim, co se prezentuje jak top servis, a obsluhuje vas nekdo, kdo neumi zakladni cesky slova a vubec nevi co restaurace nabizi ) slecna mi jednim slovem odpovedela ,, nemame “ . Jeste ted jsem na nas nastvana, ze jsme se uz v tu chvilku nezvedli a neodesli. Takze jsme si objednali set sushi. Bylo to tusim oznacene jako SET 4. Rikam slecne, ze tedy sushi set 4. Slecna opet kouka nechapave. Tak ji to ukazuji na obrazku, aby si to laskave precetla sama. Super, zda se ze mame konecne objednano. Za chvilku prijde jina servirka, tez s Ruskym prizvukem a pta se me jestli jsme si objednali tuto objednavku. Tak ji to potvrdim….zda se, ze mame objednano. No zacatek katastrofa.

Co se tyka sushi - bylo pomerne rychle hotove, ale co se tyka kvality - tak nic, co by nadchlo. Neurazilo, ale dve hodiny cesty za to nestaly. Prumerne sushi. Set stal tusim 1200. Mela jsem za tu cenu lepsi set sushi u nas v malem meste. Od Prahy ocekavam vic. A tim obsluha konci. Sedeli jsme zde jeste jakou dobu a obsluha neprisla ani jednou, zda si jeste neco dame i presto, ze jsme byli po jidle. Nedojedli jsme vsechno a chteli zbytek zabalit..bohuzel se nikdo nedostavil. Mezitim se sla obsluha najist vedle ke stolu. Dve servirky a tusim kuchar. To jsem jeste nezazila. Jsem z oboru a tohle se nedela, aby se zamestnanci najedli mezi hosty. Jinak bych ocekavala, ze nam obsluha vysvetli jak a kdy jejich forma ALL YOU CAN EAT tedy funguje. Nikdo se neobtezoval nam to vysvetlit, ani se omluvit, ze nabizi na strankach neco, co v realite ne. No a co se tyka wc…Rika se, ze podle toalet se pozna kvalitni restaurace. To by odpovidalo. Zachody neuklizene, nedoplnene, spinave zdi, wc.. takze, dopadlo to tak, ze nas stale na konci nikdo neobsloužil, museli jsme se zvednout a jit k baru, aby nam to laskave nekdo zabalil a my mohli zaplatit a jit domu.

Tohle je moje nejhorsi zkusenost doposud v restauraci. Nechali jsme tam asi 1400?1500? Nevim. Za tu cenu jezdime do Losterie, Stejkarna Holesovice, Blackdog..apod, kde nechame stejne penize - ale plus kava a desert. A neseme si rozhodne jiny zazitek!!!! Firstly, the price of the buffet dinner is misleading as the final cost was a lot higher than what it appears to be when you walk into the restaurant. Secondly, The sushi was kept out without cooling for hours, the hot food was all cold and the raw seafood had absolute no cooling and had clearly been sitting out for hours. I made the mistake of having the prawn skewers, which got sent to the kitchen to be cooked after sitting for ages in the uncooled buffet. They arrived looking barely charred. I only ate 3 small prawns, they all tasted off and had a weird texture. I threw up non stop for 6 hours with horrible stomach cramps. Stuck in my hotel all the next day as well. I am not the only person to have gotten sick either! Avoid this place. Should be shut down for serious...
