Hadog — Restaurant in Prague

Except for the food, our experience was disappointing.

We arrived around 9:00 pm, and from the outset, it seemed like the waiter was more interested in the clock than providing us with quality service.

We both placed identical orders, but somehow, only one of us received the full meal - the other was left without fries but was served sauce. When we pointed out the mistake, no corrective action was taken.

To add insult to injury, as the evening progressed, the waiter began pressuring us and other guests to settle our bills. Shortly after, the lights were dimmed, making us feel compelled to leave - a clear signal that customer comfort wasn't their priority. We left without leaving a tip, unsatisfied with the service we'd received.

Palmovka lived up to its reputation - and not in a good way. Based on this experience, we wouldn't choose to return...

Delicious burgers. Ingredients are fresh, well combined and from all I would highlight their sauces. Next to standard menu, they have weekly specials, which are their own original recipes.

Second best thing is their customer service. The staff is really nice, attentive and helpful - they repeatedly made a reservation for us where we had meal prepared when we arrived, once they even put me into priority line so I could catch my flight. I highly appreciate that.

The place is stylish, designed in U.S. fastfood style (seatings are divided into boxes comforable for up to 4 people) and fits the theme well.

Place was ok. They have sometimes a little less space between seats and tables. Burgers here were incredible I have to 100% recommend. When the restaurant is full, it's staff has little difficulties with quickness of service, but they are very polite and I don't see it as some major problem here. Hot dog concepts are definitely great and original here, but they have to change the meat to thick sausages or at lest give 2-3 thin in there and also get better quailty of sausages served within the hotdog. Vast improvement of quality served sausage is crucial, because although the rest was totally ok from fries to spicing this is just preventing me from having another hotdog there.
