Infinit relaxační centrum — Local services in Prague

I am publishing a new review of this sports center. I have completely changed my opinion about the staff and the service of this place. I will start by saying that I am a regular customer of this fitness center. I go here to the pool, to the saunas, and to badminton, both in winter and in summer. Each visit costs at least 350 crowns, which means that even if I go here twice a week, I pay about a thousand crowns, and that is if I go alone. This is more than 33 thousand crowns per year. This means that I have not just visited this place once, I am a regular customer. I have kept quiet about the staff's caustic comments several times over the course of several months in the sauna section. But now I will not keep quiet. I came to the center for badminton, in the evening, at the last possible time, it was raining, in the parking lot near the center (where it is never possible to find a place and you always have to pay for parking nearby in a three-story building, which means adding expenses) there were three free spaces, two of them in places for charging electric cars. I didn't see anything wrong with taking one of the charging spots for the duration of the game (45 minutes max) since there were no cars nearby and I decided not to climb into the empty spot knowing that my car could get scratched. When I left the game, the police were already there. The policeman said that he would not have come if he had not been called from the reception, that he was called twenty minutes ago, that is, 15 minutes after the start of my game. I paid the fine. And arrived in one shock. The parking lot was already empty, only a couple of cars remained, when we were playing, there were only four people in the whole hall, I did not interfere with anyone or any car and no one put their car on charge. I think that this is not customer focus, this is successful service, this is inhumane, evil and not kind!!! No one canceled the language, they have speakers all over the center, besides, the reception knew perfectly well who arrived and where I was, if they asked me, I would have left immediately, I would have moved the car, no problem. But people deliberately called the police, immediately, as if I killed a person or stole something. I appeal to the administration and management and ask them to change such a terrible attitude towards their regular customers. I'm very sorry to leave a one star review but I am beyond disappointed. Upon entering the pool my foot came in contact with human feces. I told the staff who jumped into the pool and scooped it out and sat back down. This is seriously a health issue. The pool should have been closed for higher chlorination period of minimum four hours. The saunas are nice as are the changing rooms. However, there are many people with children and some sketchy types lingering around and staring at others being naked. I found this facility to be more of a public pool with saunas than a spa. I stayed at the adjacent hotel and was thrilled to have booked a vacation for my spouse to have spa. But after the feces, the yelling and playing, the romance in the shared saunas as well as the "cruising" by females and males alike, I cannot in confidence recommend this facility or desire to come back. I paid for three tickets for three people for three days. Shocked. I hope you all will take this as constructive criticism as you certainly have a beautiful facility that has all the furnishings of a spa but not the atmosphere of relaxation, cleanliness, and maturity expected of those attending a wellness holiday. I had reserved the hotel and had a 60-minute voucher for the pool here, after I came back from swimming close to 10 minutes to when my voucher was expiring, as I went to the changing room there was an issue there which caused me to stay there longer, when I went to return the armbänder they told me that I was 14 minutes overtime and demanded I pay 217 kč.

I do not recommend this place. If you wish to go here, inform yourself about the timing and rules. Otherwise, you might find yourself in a situation like mine. And the worst part is that the staff at the reception don't inform you on how to return it and keep an eye on the time. This generally disgusts me and I don't think that I'll ever come here again.

EDIT:The Service is very sloppy and should have warned us about the extra fee and for your information we did NOT visit the sauna world and we were infact asked for 217kč at the counters. Another example of the TERIBBLE service is the way you people replied at my review very rudely (just like the staff) and without kindness. I ask of you to change these ways for the sake of the people visiting in the center in the future.
