My husband and I chose to stay at this hotel as it was in a location close to where we needed to be during our stay.||We will start with the pros: |- The room was always very clean, as were all other areas of the hotels. Even on the days where we felt cleaning wasn’t necessary, we were still offered clean towels and toilet roll. |- the bathroom was lovely and the shower very powerful. |- Double bedroom was spacious. |- mini bar was stocked in the room and although we didn’t use any of it, the price was ok (cheaper for the things in the supermarket but that’s always the case in hotels) |- there was an outdoor area on floor 1 to sit out. |- We had a fan provided in our room. ||Now for what would have made our stay better:|- Air con/more than one fan. Our room was very warm especially on days the weather was over 34 degrees. We didn’t feel much respite from outside. ||- The bed was a solid base, which was uncomfortable, and the pillows were really strange. One big and one small per person. The big pillow felt as though it was half empty and though the smaller pillow was better, it was tiny so not much benefit. ||Other notes:||There are lots of stairs to get up to your room. Though there was an elevator, we stayed on floor 4 and established that pressing 4 on the lift meant you still had stairs to walk up. This is not a big deal daily, but with heavy suitcases, we found it better to go up to floor 5 and walk down a few steps to floor 4 instead. ||This is a very basic hotel with basic amenities - you definitely get what...
Read moreI am not sure why this hotel has so many good reviews. I paid 430 zl (which is more than 100 euros) for one night in this hotel, and for this price in a very distant location from the city center, you get a small room with no kettle (you need to go to a common kitchen located on the floor to prepare some hot drinks), no shower gel and shampoo (there is a small piece of soap provided by the hotel that you gotta use for both showering and washing your hands and carry it with you between a sink and a shower cabin, there's literally no soap box provided). You think that at least there is a small fridge, but it is filled with useless drinks like beer, redbull, and champagne that hotel charges you for additionally if you drink one of them, so it is pretty impossible to put your own food and drinks there. They can literally fill the fridge with all this stuff, but for 100 euros per night, you are not getting a kettle or at least a normal coffee machine and not pathetic 3 in 1 instant coffee packs. The way the room and a bathroom look is a different story. They remind me of some student dorms rather than not an expensive hotel room.
I chose this hotel because of its proximity to one of the train stations, but I do not recommend it if you want to have a good quality room with good service and close to the...
Read moreVery nice, clean hotel! The staff was very friendly and nice. We ended up arriving 2 hours early and they let us check in early since our room was ready. Our room was clean and spacious! It even had a "mini bar" in the room. The best part of the room was their bathroom. The bathroom was spacious, the shower was pretty spacious (for a European hotel), and the water pressure was amazing!! We didn't do the breakfast that they offered because we wanted to have breakfast in the square. The hotel is less than a half kilometer away from the metro and bus stop and easy to find. The only issue we had was with their "secure parking". When booking this room, we reserved a parking spot but when we checked in, they said that since we didn't call to confirm our parking reservation, their spots were already filled up (they only have 5 secure parking spots). However, they mentioned that they were located in a residential area and that it was a safe area to park on the street, which they were right. The street was calm and quite and we felt safe leaving our car there. When we visit Prague again, we will be staying at this hotel for...
