CZ: Mam allergii na mleko a proto najit misto kde udelaji pro me pizzu bez syra je tesky. Tady mi nabidly vegansky syr, pred par mesicu bez priplatku ale minuly tyden uz jsem platila docela hodne navic. Taky pizza uz nechutna tak dobre jako pred tim asi vymenili kuchaře a zvysely ceny. Uz jsme se vratili nekolikrat, obsluha vzdy byla mila, restaurace je mala a prijemna ale ted uz na nas draha. // ENG: I have milk intolerance so for me to find a restaurant where they would make pizza for me without cheese is difficult. Here they offered me to put vegan cheese on it but last week I had to pay huge extra (before it was for free). We have been eating here several times already and every time the staff was kind and helpful, the restaurant is small but cosy. Went here a couple of months ago. At first I thought the place was OK, but they took more money from my card than they were supposed to (not talking about tips as it was already included). I instantly got notification to my bank application about how much was taken. I showed this to the staff, but they denied it and refused to compensate. Also refused to reprint the receipt and told me it cannot be done (not true).

Edit for the responce: We spoke english and my girlfriend also speaks czech and I'm fairly sure your staff spoke english pretty well. We may have said "sorry" out of politeness when leaving.

Also, I did NOT receive any money back, not to my account (just checked) and I definitively didn't receive any cash back. Maybe you are thinking...

OMG as a NOT much of a pizza fan, I absolutely love their pizza dough, it’s so light you feel like eating light ciabatta crunchy dough and not heavy pizza dough. Mine was prosciutto crudo half part made from tomato base second half from cream base (I prefer the tomato but it was great to have the two options to try). All ingredients extremely fresh, just like in some little Italian pizza place. Inside extremely cosy, don’t dismiss this place because of its location.. it’s not CZECH like pizzeria!
