Kinh Do — Restaurant in Prague

Ze začátku když nově otevřeli byla obsluha velice ochotná, milá a přátelská. A i jídlo bylo ze začátku opravdu famózní. Bohužel se teď, když zjevně mají stálou klientelu, situace otočila o 180 stupňů, z kdysi usměvavého a ochotného personálu je teď naprosto namyšlená parta, příchozí zákazníky mají na háku, obsluha hodí menu na stůl a jde pryč. Poslední 4 návštěvy se mě a i moje příbuzné/známé které jsem tam vodil, nikdo, ale nikdo neobtěžoval 20 minut ani zeptat se na pití, a kdybych si o to pití neřekl tak bych se asi nedočkal. Dodávám že posledně bylo po 16h a v restauraci mimo nás byly jenom obsazený další 3 stoly. Jako v každý jiný restauraci jim asi rychlý úspěch stoupl do hlavy tak, že začali pohrdat zákazníky. I co se týče kvality a chutě jídla tak zjevně v návalu nestíhají nebo to prostě začali flákat. Jídlo bylo před půlrokem vymazlenější. Sem už znovu nikdy, nevidim důvod platit za namyšlený a pohrdavý přístup k zákazníkům. Nemluvě o tom, že jsem se posledně musel STYDĚT, když jsem tam přivedl nové zákazníky, vychvaloval přitom tuto restauraci a oni předvedou takovou dobytkařinu ( požádali jsme o dětskou židličku, na kterou se úplně vykašlali, a když jsme si ji donesli sami, tak se ještě urazili že jsme si dovolili je vůbec požádat aby ji alespoň utřeli )

Khi quán mới mở, thì bên phục vụ rất thân thiện, hiền, vui vẻ và đồ ăn rất ngon. Giờ chắc đông khách quá nên bên ngoài chắc bắt đầu học cái thói khinh rẻ coi thường khách hay sao ý. Mình trước cũng hay thích đến ăn, nhưng khoảng từ đầu năm bên ngoài thay đổi 180 độ mặc dù mình hay đến thường xuyên, lại còn dắt khách mới đến. Mấy tháng qua đến ăn, có mấy lần ko ai thèm hỏi mình uống gì, mặc kệ đề mình đợi hơn 20 phút. Lần cuối cùng thì là sau 16h, bên ngoài có mỗi 3 bàn có khách ngồi. Cũng chắc do quán câu đc khách đông nhanh quá, mà nói thật đến đồ ăn so với trước cũng nhạt nhẽo hơn. Ko nhạt thì mặn. Mình ko phải là muốn lôi tiền ra để tinh tướng, vì cũng từng làm trong ngành quán nên cũng biết rằng đó là công việc rất là vật vả, nhưng thật sự nghĩ mình bỏ tiền ra để bị coi thường mặc dù mình rất lịch sự, dắt khách đến và giới thiệu quán cho khách mới từ người VN đến cả tây thì bỏ tiền ra để nhận lại thái độ như thế thì cũng quá tội. Chưa kể lần cuối cùng mình dắt khách mới đến, khen giới thiệu quán đủ các kiểu mà về cuối cùng thái độ của hộ làm mình phải quá là xấu hổ. Chưa kể cách cư sử đối với trẻ em rất tệ. Mình xin họ cái ghế cho trẻ em, lờ đi coi như không nghe thấy gì, mà sau khi mình tự mang đến nhờ họ lau qua thôi mà cũng mặt mũi tỏ vẻ thái độ cáu giận. Như này mình cũng chảng bao giờ muốn...

We waited 40mins for the food, would wait even longer if we didn’t go and order the food ourselves at the counter. Didn’t even get the menu. Mind you, we ordered pho and bun bo hur, which only requires for the ingredients to be put together in a bowl, as the broth and meat and vegetable are already ready. The manager lady obviously forgot to place our order to the kitchen, since around 35mins mark we went to ask about our food, she saw us and hurriedly took a piece of paper to the kitchen window and blatantly told us that our food was “being made now”. An ingredient was swapped in one of our foods, when I asked the manager about it, she said that particular ingredient was no longer available. Swapped without informing us, no apology, no nothing. I used to like this restaurant but the service (and food) has unfortunately gone...

We went there twice with 1 day apart (on our way to and from central Prague), the Vietnamese food is at least 30% cheaper than in Germany. The food is good, pho soup and the cold noodle and also the spring rolls. Good to see is the restaurant is also a meeting point of local Vietnamese in Czech, that means the food is relatively authentic. The first day when we were there was at around 1pm on Saturday, the restaurant wasn't full, we got out food in a reasonable time, then 2 days later, a public holiday, the restaurant was almost full with a lot of Vietnamese families. We waited for a bit longer for out food. Overall, it was a good experience...
