Phở u paní Hoa — Restaurant in Prague

I have been at this restaurant a few times as it is cheap and delicious. The lady is always very nice. Last time, though, me and my friend came up to the register to pay and on that day their card terminal was not working. Obviously, it took some time for me to arrange an international bank transfer as I was not expecting that the card terminal was not working on this day and I did not have cash. The note said either cash or bank transfer. The man was very visibly annoyed and kept hurrying us up. Because of this, I asked my friend to pay for my half as well to not take more time. After showing him both receipts of the transfer, he nodded okay, and we started to leave. For some reason, halfway out the restaurant, this man aggressively yells at us to come back. We assumed he wanted to look at the receipts again? which we did. Jesus christ, I was having a great time with my friend, and I get yelled at as a customer? It was not my fault that the card register was not working. I will not be...

The best Vietnamese restaurant in Prague. Family owed, customer service-centered and the food was amazing. I write this nice review as the staff were so generous and welcoming and I can't write enough good words about them. A traditional and cheap Vietnamese restaurant with food and atmosphere that will make you feel at home! Can't reccomend enough! I would try the house Ice Tea as well...

Really bad Bún „bò“ Nam Bộ with tofu. The noodles were short, like 2cm so you cant really eat it with chopsticks. There was NO VEGETABLES, just veeeeery smalll amount of old white lettuce and two pieces of carrot + fried tofu. No Coriander, No cucumber, No taste.
