31.07.24 - First visit: 4,5/5 Tasty sandwich with great bread and everything else was very good as well. Sandwich could have used a stronger sauce on it, but still nice. The pistachio cookie was very tasty, the same goes for the matcha ananas lemonade and the Ice Chai Latte. Friendly service from the sandwich guy as well.

02.08.24 - Second visit: 0/5 The second visit was the opposite of the first one. We entered the café without being greeted. During the week, Monday till Friday they do not offer warm breakfast and no vegetarian sandwich: „Cause the guy isn’t here today“. The communication if the waitress was scarce, to be modest. She and her colleague apparently were not even able to make a sandwich themselves. The bread does not even have to be toasted for their sandwich. Suddenly she seemed to remember they ran out of bread and therefore is not enabled to make a sandwich anyways, hard to believe. I do not understand how any adult human being is incapable of making a sandwich, even if not working at a café. The service does not meet the standard of the food itself and it is a shame to give this review based merely on this frustrating experience with the staff.

First time I came here at 14:00 and couldn’t even think they have kitchen till 13:00 open. So basically they had just 1 sandwich and cakes. Second time I decided to check in Google and website if they are open, if they cook but they didn’t have phone number to call and ask so I risked hoping everything is fine. I came for Benedict and of course they can’t make it because they don’t have this bread! I asked if they can put it on another type of bread and they said no!!!!! So I had to order again something what I don’t really want because my time is limited. About time… in cafe was 6 people having just drinks ( one person had food) and I had to wait for my omelette for 25min!!!! And later a waiter said that something happened with omelette and they have to make it again and it will be ready in 10min more ! First visit: What looked like a casual sandwich with no special ingredients, was the perfect breakfast. The iced chai latte was great with lots of cinnamon. The chocolate croissant was 10/10 as well. Great!

Second visit: No „hi“, „no welcome back“ after 2 days. Suddenly they had neither vegetarian nor warm breakfast. We asked for a vegetarian sandwich that we already had the last time, but apparently they were not able to make a vegetarian breakfast because they ran out of bread 🤡 The communication was not solution-oriented and we needed to leave.
