Pension Palouček — Hotel in Prague

I stayed here for 3 nights. I needed to stay in that area, so the location was a plus for me. ||Take into consideration that if you want to visit the city center and the castle, you need to take some kind of transportation to get there. But the location is great anyways because just around the corner you find a tram station and walking approx 8 minutes you are at the metro station Vysehrad which is like two stations away from the museum and three from the central station.||The area around Visehrad is also nice, there are parks, a beautiful church and you get nice views from Prague. So if you have time, you can walk there.||The penzion's area is quiet and closed to the police department, I was there as a solo female traveler and never felt scared or like I was walking in a dangerous area. |Try to get the rooms that are not directly facing the street. I got a big clean room that faced the garden behind the building.||The staff is friendly, the breakfast is for free and you get sweets and veggies, the coffee is also good.|You have also a kitchenett in case you are staying longer and want to cook, and they put beverages in the fridge. ||Overall I like it, the ratio quality and value was really good , so definitely I will consider staying there if I go to...

The interior is nice and large, but I really want to say something. First, there is no air-conditioner.. I know Czech Republic used to be cool, but in the summer day times the room is 34 degrees without anything. no fans, no air condictioner, only the refrigerator is cold, this is really like a torture. I think this is very bad for summer customers. Secondly, your wifi is not stable( or maybe not strnong enough, in the room the wifi is so weak as you can see in the picture below.. I think you need to test out wifis in every rooms otherwise it is not fair for...

Excellent spacious rooms. In two different stays I had two different rooms. Each had a living room and full pullman-type kitchen. Both rooms had a good view. One had a balcony with a chair and table. The breakfast was generous. The highlight was the helpful staff - each time there was someone who really helped me understand something about the city that I was trying to figure out. In advance of the stay, I received excellent directions to get from the airport via public transportation. I would always stay here if I get the opportunity to go to...
