Top of the class Really great, innovative food with a true north jutland touch, while having a super green circular mindset.

One example of a dish giving the vibes from north, was the piece of game with a lovely sauce, which was served with a bread stuffed with the prow of the beast, and chefs words were "then you can scoop up the remaining sauce with the bread" - really lovely.

The service was indeed top of the line, really in line with the premium price paid, but truly a nice experience.

Really recommend the experience, with an underline on experience, as it is more than just food served. Go with the wine menu also, as it is really nicely tailored to the food, and the service can provide really in depth...

Visited Alimentum with my husband on a calm Wednesday evening to celebrate my birthday. Everything was in the highest class - food, wine, juice, information, service, atmosphere. We felt very special. :) The fact that they are so into ecological products and sustainability is fantastic. That is the way to go. Have we already told all our friends about this amazing experience? Absolutely incredible!

We had the 12 course degustation and I honestly could not tell you what the best thing was, as every single course was incredible. Honestly one of the best dining experiences of my life.

The ingredients were local and top quality. The wine pairings were perfect. The staff were knowledgeable, polite, engaging and attentive.
