My wife and I rented bikes, panniers, stove, helmets, and cook set from FlexiFix for our 2 ½ week bike camping tour around northern Jutland. We were very happy with our bikes and equipment. The rental rates were very reasonable. We made all arrangements from home (Minnesota, U.S.A.) weeks before our arrival. We both had Scott hard tail mountain bikes. The front suspension struts were equipped with lock outs which were very nice to have as we moved from gravel to pavement and back again. The Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires provided were an excellent choice. Most of our riding was on pavement and the tires rolled well. The tires gave reasonable traction on wet gravel or packed sand. Only once did I have to push my loaded bike up a hilly trail of wet, deep gravel and loose sand (during a heavy rain storm, hurray for fenders). We had no flat tires (our Swedish friends brought their bikes from home and had two flats). The bikes were equipped with front and rear racks and also top tube bags per our request. At first, I hoped for drop bars because of the strong Danish winds. I quickly learned that the straight bars provided were the correct choice, I needed the leverage to control the heavily loaded bike. The bars had palm supporting grips, a welcome surprise. We brought our saddles and pedals from home. This was the longest tour we have ever done. Denmark is a wonderful place to bike tour and FlexiFix was instrumental to our enjoyment...

The skill and passion for everything bicycles in this place is hard to miss. Communication is friendly, effective and professional, and the service is impeccable. The Flexifix guy quickly diagnosed the problem and by the end of the day I had my bike back and ready for the next morning. He even offered me a replacement bike while they fixed mine and took the time to explain to me what was going on and how to take proper care of the damn thing in the future. :D I had the chain, a sprocket and a spoke replaced, the back brake fixed, a wheel straightened and the mudguard readjusted to accommodate for thicker tires, and paid less than 400 kr. including pick up and delivery. I seriously doubt that any of my previous repairmen could beat this price and they sure wouldn't pick and deliver either. Needless to say these are my new bike people. 10/10 I...

I want to say thank'you to fix my bike . i was in a race frome Torino italy to Cape North norway obout 4500km.... the first two days I get a lot of rain water and the casette of my bike start to have problems in France ... there has been some mecanic on the road but in germany they couldent fix because they didnt have the new case to change... other mecanics on the way were close and i couldent stop to wait their opening, at the end my last chance before get the boat to Oslo was flexifix... it was late when I get there ... they didnt have the spare casette ether but they just be amazing this two wonderfull guy fix my bike after the working time and then has never been any problem until the finish line of my race the bike was perfect casette breakes shift every think was perfect until the end...
