A long day at work was supposed to end with a delicious Italian pizza. Together with my colleagues, we ordered four pizzas, one of which — the one I ate — was gluten-free. The remaining ones, made with wheat flour, were rated as good by my friends. However, mine, the gluten-free version, was terrible.

First of all, I was initially served the wrong pizza, but that wouldn't have been a big issue, as the staff didn't charge for making a new one and offered that I could still eat the incorrect one. However, the main problem was the dough — it was completely underbaked and dense, not airy at all. Only the next day did I realize that the dough wasn't just poorly baked — it was likely raw in the center. I experienced digestive issues from that evening through the entire following day.

This is the first time I'm giving a one-star review, but unfortunately, only the waiter tried to salvage the situation. I would suggest removing the gluten-free dough option from the menu if it cannot be...

Unfortunately, I cannot give it a higher rating. Perhaps I am just disappointed after having seen all the good reviews. Perhaps it's the 1 hour waiting time when we were told than it would take only 25 minutes. Perhaps it's because the bottom of the 4 pizzas we ordered were all burnt. Perhaps it's scraping the charcoal off the bottom of a slice before eating it. Overall it was just disappointing to taste the long awaited pizzas, having waited in the cold and not being informed of the delay. Seeing the pictures, the frustration is understandable. I cannot recommend this place, since we waited 1 hour for 4 pizzas only to be disappointed after opening the boxes and tasting charcoal. Just not...
