Disappointed. Izakaya, but doesn't have an alcohol license yet, so why not wait and open the restaurant later? Or remove the drinks from the menu card or put a disclaimer on your site? Just lazy practice.
Waiting times for the food was barely acceptable, and more than once, we waited at least 30 minutes, which made me think the order wasn't coming. Luckily, we had 3 hours, but when the sushi finally arrived, there were orders missing.
The starters were all good, especially the karage and the shrimp, but limited choices.
The sashimi tasted fishy, as if it had gone bad. It had been marinated with some almost tasteless sauce, and it was very clearly not the same fish used for the nigiri.
Maybe they thought it would be easy to mask the bad fish in the sashimi as it is marinated, but too bad their marinade was so weak.
The regular sushi was below average, but not bad. The fish on the nigiri was fresh, but the pieces got smaller and smaller as the evening went.
Overall, not horrific and not bad for 190kr and 3 hours, but if the sushi takes 30-40 minutes, it's just a waste.
I would wait a couple of years until they get their alcohol license and the chefs get used to the kitchen...

Sushi was not great, rice a bit too tough and chewy, fillings was good. Ingredients tasted fresh. Some sushi had such a huge salmon pieces for topping that you could not taste anything else.
