Cafe Vi2 — Restaurant in Aalborg Municipality

Lovely place to sit down and have some tasty food. It is normally busy, but we were able to get a table outside (we went with our dog so sitting inside was out of the question anyway). We tried some burgers, beer and a smoothie. Everything tasted good, the food came out in a reasonable time and the service was friendly. This Cafe is in a square and there are other restaurants with outside seating, so there's a nice atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Parking is difficult but you can probably find a spot nearby and walk, just remember to register for payment, otherwise you'll end up with an expensive...

Its a nice place. The decor is Homey and cosy and they take that into the plates and cups. They open at 9, when everything else around is at 10.

I ordered pancakes with ice. It came rather Quickly. There was fruits on the plate, but they didn't seem to be from today. The pancakes was probably not made in their kitchen but taste and texture was good, so no complaints. The ice scoop was generous.

It was a bit hard to get the servers attention to get more coffee, which is otherwise a great added sale.

After flipping through a large menu, I settled on what seemed to be an interesting choice: the Cafe Vi.2’s Spicy Burger. I was not disappointment. While I didn't think the bread used on the burger was the best choice, and the burger itself was a bit overcooked, the plating itself did the trick. The chips were great, the two sauces were also good (one spicy and one regular), and the veggies mixed in with the burger were also good. Taking that in with a nice cold beer and you've got yourself...
