The evening unfolded with the guidance of a welcoming waitress, offering service that was consistently excellent, striking a balance between attentiveness and subtlety.
The starter presented a hearty mushroom soup with a deep flavor, though slightly on the heavy side. The tartare impressed with its taste and elegant presentation, though the texture lacked the desired bite. Accompanied by a delightful dressing, it set a promising tone.
A Provence rosé accompanied the meal, delivering a fruity and pleasant experience that complemented our culinary journey perfectly.
For the main course, Boef bearnaise showcased tender meat and a delicious glaze, yet the bearnaise sauce fell slightly short being too cold. While the fries lacked character, the beans stole the spotlight with their exquisite flavor.
Dessert, featuring Morbier, soft cheese, and blue cheese, missed a crystal cheese but compensated with delicious varieties and thoughtful accompaniments.

We ordered two strip loin steaks – one medium rare and one medium. What we got instead were two very rare steaks, raw in the middle. After politely raising the issue, we spoke with the chef and were promised new ones.
To our surprise, they reused one of the original steaks, and both came back extremely well done – completely overcooked and dry. This was not only unprofessional but felt careless and disrespectful to us as customers.
