Hachi Sushi — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

There is a lot of different sushi restaurants and bars in Copenhagen and Hachi Sushi is definitely the best one you will find here. They serve a good variety of fish (not just salmon and tuna like the other places) that is well prepared and cured to bring out the best and most interesting sushi flavor combinations. They have simple sushi but also more experimental sushi's, dressed up and sometimes with unique yet still traditional flavor combinations.

Best sushi I had in Europe. Tasty and masterfully presented. Edible flowers, fresh herbs and chili powder on top. We got a menu with a mix of Maki an nigiri. And the mini fire salmon Maki. Then we sat inside the shop which appears to seat max 8 people and has no toilet.

One chef used plastic gloves all the time and the other struck up a frindley conversation about the special origin of the rice and the ingredients.

We came for dinner with 4 people. 2 adults and 2 kids. We all love sushi and have traveled to Japan together. This place has good sushi but the service is horrible. The chef barely acknowledged us.
