Corsa Pizza — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

I would say, pizza dough is amazing, very crumble, must be more crunchy and a couple of minutes more in the oven (if the oven doesn’t get into higher temperatures). Unfortunately very poor of ingredients, it says in the menu that they use Buffalo mozzarella but is a solid cheap mozzarella. We ask for three different pizzas (patate, prosciutto and salame piccante). The best one was patate. Salame had two drops of burrata (it seems like they didn’t have more burrata or they’re saving it), meanwhile the prosciutto had 3 slices of prosciutto crudo and barely mozzarella (solid and not Buffalo). Who loves to taste doughs is nice, but I’m deluded by the quantity of ingredients which were very poor, even the tomatoe sauce was just a brushed of it.

Sorry but I give 2 stars since they say is a pizza napoletana, which does nothing to do...

We went here for an evening meal and honestly it was pretty terrible. We went for the pizza menu (KR250, £30 each) and they didn’t bring the olives out with it (only noticed this when leaving). Then the pizza took over an hour to come and despite ordering one without meat, it came with meat on (they brought a replacement).

The limoncello spritz was okay, but getting any kind of service was almost impossible and they took 15-20 mins to bring anything. Finally after asking 3 times they brought us the ice cream course and it was basically completely melted.

All in - KR900 (£100) for a pretty terrible pizza, bland starters (the tomatoes were so watery), bad service and uncomfortable chairs. I just wouldn’t go here again or...

I’ll start by saying that the pizza and its dough, were great! Very tasty! Totally recommend.

However, we dinned in. The place is very small, very crowded and noisy, even worse nowadays because they don’t respect any distancing rules.

The service was slow. We ordered bubbles and beers. The bubbles came, but after 20 minutes, no beers. We had to go and ask. They serve burrata as well, but it doesn’t come with any bread, which in my opinion doesn’t make sense. We ordered some focaccia for it, which was also late, and we had to go again and ask for it.

We ended up getting 2 focaccia, we said we only wanted 1, they said we can have 2. And in the end, they wanted us to pay for 2. We said no.

I recommend the place...
