Søernes Ølbar — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Small batches of beer from around the world (most locally though) so there's a big risk of not being able to get the same beer twice. You can taste the beer before choosing which is a nice touch. For the ones not drinking beer they a some wines and some cider but I can't really say if they're any good since I haven't tasted those. If you get there later it can be a bit hard to get a table, this is isn't really an issue during the summer when they also have a nice outdoor place to sit (you still have to go inside to order though). May be my favourite find of my trip to Copenhagen. Nestled by the lake and down some steps. A candle light bar with plenty of seating in different sections. Good selection of beers. Søernes Ølbar is similar to Fermentoren and Mikkeller. There is a large variety of beers available and the personnel is very nice. As an added bonus you can watch sports (but not quite like in a sports bar) and when the weather is nice, there's nothing better then sitting outside and having a beer in the sun on the side...
