Corsa pizza — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Not really good As a neighbour in an area with very limited take away I have eaten at Corsa more than 15 times. And it really is not very good. The decor and music is nice. It feels hip and fresh in a city full of run down pizza places of non Italian origin. But. The pizza are just not good. First I was intrigued about the wood fired oven flavour. (Either it is wood or just really high temperature). But the reality is that every pizza is small. Has a very wide 4 cm crust that is burnt with ashes. (Sounds exciting but is not) . The bottom is so thin and underbaked that every pizza I so soggy and wet that they cannot be eaten by hand. One has to roll the center over the edge in order to avoid the bottom falling out. We ate 2 pizza. Got a small bear and a small lemonade (good ones) for 320kr. The menu said king oyster mushroom (Kajserhatte). But this was just plain regular mushroom. I asked for tap water as I don’t want bottled water that is transported from Italy. I offered to pay the same as for a bottle. But they could not provide me with tap water. This city has far better options...

I was there with a group of friends two weeks ago. We were ten people, and even though the place was crowded, they did everything they could to seat us all together. Then it started to rain, but they quickly found a way to move the tables inside — always with a smile on their faces! The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the evening. Amazing margherita pizza! We were staying near and were so tired and hungry but unsure. Louis said we could take it to go or eat there and went through what he recommended. We were lost tourists just wanting some food AND WE ATE THE BEST PIZZA IN YEARS. You can see them working the dough, everything tasted fresh and yummy. I am ashamed my first meal wasn't Danish but one of us did order "Danish water" so I hope that counts. Oh yes, and we learned about that too. Amazing service,...
