The worst dining experience of my life. I took the time to research and find your contact details because I believe you should be aware of the shocking level of disrespect and unprofessionalism my group and I endured at your establishment. We are even considering legal action for the emotional distress we suffered during this visit.
We made a reservation in advance, expecting a pleasant evening. However, upon arrival, we waited more than 20 minutes just to have our orders taken. The two waitstaff present seemed far more interested in chatting with each other than attending to the needs of their customers. When they finally took our order, they got it wrong. When we pointed out the mistake, the so-called manager had the audacity to suggest that we were lying about what we ordered. They insisted that we would have to pay for the incorrect item, despite our clear objection.
I refused to pay for something I did not order and reiterated that I would like my correct order. The other server then arrived, only to inform us that the kitchen was closed – at 20:15, despite our reservation and being told earlier that the kitchen closed at 20:30. To make matters worse, they even threatened to charge for water a member of our party who had only been there for a few minutes and had not even sat on the table, due to the incompetence and outright refusal of the staff to do their jobs properly.
This was not only the most disrespectful experience I have ever had in a restaurant but a complete failure in customer service. It’s disappointing to experience such poor service, especially because the food was actually good, which makes this situation all the more frustrating. People like this should not be in the business of hospitality.
We made a formal review online and the waiter already stated LIES claiming that they offer to cook a dish for the person arriving at 20:15, when the kichent should still be open. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. The so-called manager was absolutely condescending and...
Read moreI want to start this by saying I think we happened to go on an off day.
There was only 1 member of staff on the floor. They had to take payment, make drinks, take orders, clear tables, fill up wine, welcome people, cut bread, accommodate for people moving inside and out. Everything, just 1 person, and it made for quite a stressed atmosphere. Our group felt really sorry for them and that we were a burden asking for anything. The chef was also running food as it seemed all of the staff were struggling to keep up with a restaurant that was at 40% capacity.
The food is really good, portions are generous, prices for meals are very reasonable! The wine we had was delicious. Scandinavian design, minimalist and functional, which makes for a clean, open, airy design and feel.
Overall the place is nice, and with a stronger and properly staffed team could be great.
Unfortunately a few of our drinks were forgotten, and at the start we asked for water for the table which never arrived. We didn't want to ask again as they were all so busy...
Read moreIn reply to the comment from the owner to Diana Miszczuk comment. I was the customer that arrived last (20.15). I announced to the manager that the other two person were waiting for me. After less than 5 min I was sitting, we tried to order: the manager told us that the kitchen was closed, even if it was 20.20 Therefore we decided to leave. Nobody offered to cook anything for me or for any other guest at the table. Also, at the moment we went to pay, the manager asked me to pay for water (!) that I never consumed. So, please, if you reply to a comment, at least...
