Restaurant Cyprus — Restaurant in Nordic countries

Cyprus Restaurant at Fisketorvet used to have great food before they closed down as renovations were going on in Fisketorvet. Recently after the reopening of the restaurant we decided to give it a try. Most of the warm dishes of the buffet were cold, food trays at the buffet that were empty were not refilled. The pizza at the buffet was as hard as rock or you can say extremely unedible. If by chance you are seated infront of their kitchen, each time the door opened you could notice everything inside. Most of the dishes were made with coconut milk and didn't have a Turkish taste. They charged full price for our 8 year old. The environment isn't cosy as you are almost seated next to other people. Even the cutlery had food residuals on them. We had a bad experience dining at Cyprus restaurant. It was extremely disappointing experience. Fisketorvet is no longer a good place...

I do NOT recommend it to anyone who minds 1. rude behavior 2. derogatory /racists questions/comments 3. not to be allowed to have personal water bottle (they don't allow any food or drink from outside, not even your own water with you inside their restaurant! though I didn't find it anywhere written in their rules when I visited- an unwritten law, as they claimed!); other than these, the buffet foods are Halal and taste good BUT when the mood for eating is gone because of the aforementioned points, then the taste of food is not a matter of consideration :/ Never want to visit them again! I wish I did not...

Very bad experience. They have a system, you go and take food by your selv. There is nothing to drink. After you go in your table with your food but nothing to drink. After a long time a waiter is coming with catalog (!) and now you can order your drink. But they don't bring you something. You finish your food, but nobody bring what you ordered to drink, although you went 2-3 times in bar and asked to give you something to drink. But they don't give something. And we have gone 2 times. Same...
