Wami sushi — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

I went out for dinner last night, and the experience wasn’t great. To start with, the waitress didn’t understand English. She brought a starter we didn’t order, and after waiting 30 minutes for the main dish, another waitress came by to ask if we wanted to order something else—even though we had already ordered a full menu of 36 pieces that the first waitress hadn’t noted. The kitchen was actually about to close, so the head chef had to come and ask us exactly what we had ordered, as no one seemed to know. They eventually brought the food, but in stages, which made the experience less enjoyable. Despite all the inconveniences, they charged us for the starter we hadn’t ordered and didn’t even offer a free dessert or drink to compensate for the situation. Very amateur service, which is a shame considering the food...

I’ve been in this place around 6 times and was happy about quality of food, however the communication and the way how waitress behaves with the customer is awful!!! They insist to order drinks right away even I don’t want to at for the moment, also if you’re coming with the family and want to order for yourself “all you can eat” and for another family member separate menu they are saying that its not possible…because you can “cheat”…Such an awful way of communication with your customer and stupid rules, you have to educate differently your employees and change the rules, because the overall...

This sushi is extremely overrated. I don't know how they get this rate. The sushi itself was no more than OK, and the fish didn't look so fresh. The service is terrible, they were nice, but very very slow, made a mistake in the order (and didn't want to admit it), and why didn't you tell me a glass of water cost 28 kr??!! This place is quite expensive compared to what you get. And the drinks are amazingly overpriced. The tap water is the most expensive I have ever drank - 28 kr for a glass...
