A good evening with absolute value for the money. The food, not least the snack, are all well prepared, tasty and presented at level of much more expensive restaurants
The restaurant itself had a good sound, you could hear your partner, very nicely interior, lightning and atmosphere, though only half full,, not sure a place you would imagine filled due to it's kitchen, wine list and prices
The waiter was new, but one of the most service minded you could imagine, discreet but there when he needed to be
The restaurant had been rated high for it's food and low for service in Politiken the same day,, the food is for sure 5 stars, the wine list impressive and the service, nothing to complain about,, and total price for 2 * 4 courses, bottle of wine, water, for 1.500,, good value
We will be back,, and maybe a cocktail in the bar...

Read moreHavde store forventninger til besøget men blev desværre noget skuffet. Lokationen: god og flot udsigt. Vi startede med snacks og der gik meget lang tid fra vi var færdige med dem inden forretterne kom (trods få gæster i restauranten). Forretten Ceviche af hamachi manglede noget “syre” - når vi spiste den, var det en lidt “flad” fornemmelse. Tataren var sådan set fin, manglede blot lidt salt. Hovedretten med confiteret kylling: vil ikke kalde det en cremet sauce da den var meget tynd. Rib-eye: kødet var super fint men bearnaisesaucen var meget tynd, virkede ikke som om at den var lavet på æggeblomme. Fritterne fik vi at vide var hjemmelavede. De smagte rigtig meget af olie (og smagte som om olien var lidt for gammel - så vi havde “glæde” af det flere timer efter i ganen). Vi nævnte det med oliesmagen for tjeneren og han fortalte at de var opmærksom på problemet men at det skyldes den måde de lavede fritterne på og at de var igang med at ændre det. Måske det ville være bedre at tage de hjemmelavede fritter af menukortet og så servere noget andet, indtil der er fundet en bedre løsning...
