We visited Seoul Koreansk B.B.Q in Nordhavn and had a great overall experience. The restaurant offers an “all you can eat” concept where you grill the food yourself at the table, ordered via tablet. The atmosphere is lively and modern, with cute little serving robots delivering the dishes – a fun touch, especially for kids. 👍 Highlights: • Authentic Korean BBQ with fresh, well-marinated meats like bulgogi and samgyeopsal, plus delicious vegetarian options like bibimbap and japchae. • Friendly and helpful staff with good service. • The price is reasonable – around 249 DKK for all you can eat, and 399 DKK if you want free-flow drinks included. 👎 Things to improve: • Sometimes the dishes arrive at different times, and there can be a bit of a wait when it’s busy. • The noise level can get quite high, so it might not be ideal for a quiet dinner or deep conversations. 🍽️ Must-try dishes: The bulgogi, Korean fried chicken, and bibimbap were especially tasty. Overall: Seoul Koreansk B.B.Q in Nordhavn is a fun and flavorful dining experience – great for groups of friends or families wanting to try authentic Korean BBQ. The interactive grilling and robot servers make it a memorable night out. Just be prepared for a bit of noise and a casual vibe.

-Place- Nice place to go with a group. We were 6 when we went there. The place is reaaly big and I was a big scared that it woul be noisy but actually it was perfect. Also as the robots need to go around you are not to close to othe group which make you feel you are on your own space. -Staff- The staff are super kind and will help you to explain how to order. Everything is digital, you order on screen and will be serves by a cute robot BUT you are not allowed to take it from the robot, the staff will do it for you. I was quite amazed how quick the staff are reacting and making sure that everything goes well (replacing the paper on the grill, etc..). Loved it. - Food - The food was pretty good :) NOTE: It was my second korean BBQ so I don't have a lot to compare though. The idea is that you can either buy a menu with or without unlimited drinks(alcohol included) for a fixed price.Food are unlimited except for special beef like "entrecote" but the staff will make sure that you know. You have enough variety of food and its not only meat and siders you also can have bibimbap, dumplings etc.. -Parking- I didnt see any place to park witht the car but saw taxi dropping off. You also have a parking bike not far away.

We had an outstanding dining experience last night at Seoul Korean BBQ. From the moment we walked in, the service was flawless warm, organized, and incredibly professional. A special mention to Nadia and Dickshi, who truly elevated our evening. They were attentive without being intrusive, consistently checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Their communication was smooth and efficient, every request was handled with a smile, and there were absolutely no delays. Both showed genuine dedication to their work, which reflected not just in their service but in the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish had that authentic Korean BBQ taste perfectly balanced and full of depth. The ingredients tasted high quality and freshly prepared, and the timing of each serving was just right. It’s rare to find a restaurant where both the team and the cuisine deliver at such a high standard. We’ll definitely be coming back soon and will gladly recommend Seoul Korean BBQ especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Nadia and Dickshi.

My group and I were traveling from the US to Denmark and decided to try this spot for dinner (on October 2nd around 6pm). Unfortunately, we instantly regretted it. This ended up being the worst KBBQ experience we’ve ever had.

From the start, the service was extremely confusing. The first waiter struggled to explain the ordering process clearly, and when we asked him to clarify, we were left even more uncertain. Midway through his explanation, another server came by, dismissed him mid-sentence, and took over, but she also could not answer our questions clearly. On top of this, the first waiter had already placed an order for 5 servings (for our group of 5), but when she stepped in, she added another 5 servings, doubling our order to 10. When we tried to explain that this was unnecessary, she didn’t seem to understand our request.

She also placed an order for pork “as an example,” and when we explained that members of our group could not eat pork for religious reasons and asked for it to be canceled, she once again didn’t understand our request. A third waiter eventually came over to assure us the orders would be corrected, but the unwanted meats were still brought to our table. We had to remind them again that these were not our orders. The entire process was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated.

The food service itself was also disorganized. Items we ordered at the beginning didn’t arrive until the very end, while other random dishes came out first. They were using robots to run food, which might have been efficient if we could take the food directly, but instead we had to wait for a waiter to grab it off the robot and then bring it to our table, slowing everything down. The food quality itself was extremely disappointing as well, which only added to the frustration.

To make matters worse, the terrible experience didn’t end there. At nearly 10pm, we received three missed calls from the restaurant. Concerned, we called back, only to be told they were trying to figure out whether we had paid because another group of 5 had left without paying. After a moment, the woman on the phone realized it was their mistake, apologized, and said they had found the correct group. Still, it felt incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate to contact us so late at night with such an accusation, all due to their lack of organization.

Overall, the entire evening was a complete mess. From the confusing service, disorganized orders, and disappointing food, to being contacted afterward over something that was not our responsibility. This dinner ended up being a total waste of a dining experience during our trip, and we regretted...

We had an awful experience at this restaurant - booked online and had a short slot (1hr 30) we were fine with this as we just wanted the experience. When we arrived our booking had disappeared off their tablet so they refused to sit us for 15 minutes despite showing our email as proof of booking. When we finally sat down we were handed a tablet with little explanation on how the restaurant works, at his point the staff told us we have too little time for multiple orders so should order all we want in one order. This was ok on the first occasion but staff would come over every 5 minutes to tell us to hurry up - a very uncomfortable experience when dining. another waiter then came over to tell us he was going to increase the heat of our grill so we can cook quicker which would be fine except for the fact he turned the grill down to one and it would hardly cook anything. When we explained this to him he laughed and told us it was our fault for eating slow. We finished eating 10 minutes before they requested the table back and as soon as we set our forks down the staff were over again telling us to hurry up and leave - at this point we felt so uncomfortable we just left early and went to pay and leave, if only it was that simple. The manager was on the till and he set a bill in front of us and shoved the card machine with the amount already typed in. We wanted to check the bill first just in case and to our surprise it was a bill for 7 people (we were a table of 4) and there was multiple alcoholic drinks but we had not bought any drinks except for a bottle of water. When we raised this with the manager he laughed and said that is your bill now just pay it. We of course refused because the restaurant is pricy enough without paying for all these extras and then another member of staff got involved and pointed out to the manager that there was only 4 of us not the 7 on the bill. He snapped and told the waiter fine just you deal with it and he sorted us out the right bill but this managers behaviour is totally unprofessional and a complete scam to trick people into paying extra for their food. I would avoid at all costs far nicer and cheaper restaurants else where...

Terrible service and mediocre food.

We went for a birthday and were hoping for a fun evening but ended up being really disappointed, both with the food but mostly with the service and overall experience.

As we sat down we ordered water, soft drinks and a bottle of white wine (there is only one white wine on the menu). Didn’t take many minutes until a waiter came and informed us that the chosen wine was sold out and we were to choose another white wine. Well, there is only one white wine, we said, upon which the waiter said he would go and check if there were any other options for us. He never came back. We asked another waitress if she knew about the wine but she had no idea. We then asked if they would maybe be able to go organise a wine from for example the super market next door but that was a ‘no’. Neither were we allowed to go buy one ourselves. Great start to a birthday dinner. We were told to try the one (only!) rose option they had. As we did. It tasted like fuel.

We ordered all kinds of different food and, having been to many different Korean bbq restaurants, I can only say that the food is poor. It is so far away from the original and high quality it should be. The meat was really tough, as in so that I would spit pieces out I couldn’t chew. The thinly sliced meat you normally get wasn’t even on the menu. Most starters are deep fried options.

We kept ordering oils like sesame or garlic oil for the bbq, these items never came.

The worst about the experience for me was that they put paper on the bbq instead of - as traditionally done - change the bbq iron a few times throughout. This also lead to the edges of the bbq being smothered with black grease from I don’t know how many users before us. Absolutely gross.

As we payed the bill, we were not pleased to see they didn’t bother to follow up on the wine but left it on the bill.

Won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it to my...
