uGood — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Absolute disaster. Taking our order took around ten minutes as the guy working alone in the restaurant kept forgetting what we told him every ten seconds. This happened to everyone else also trying to order. Our analysis on the slightly amusing performance was that the guy was high as a kite.

This was the end of all amusement. When we finally got the order done, we waited 50 minutes to get the first food. A couple of ladies who ordered before us, had still not gotten their food. They were though not the only ones being forgotten, because after waiting for over 1hr one of us had still not gotten anything he ordered. They guy in the kitchen announced to the next customers waiting to order that he would not take any orders for the next 15 minutes as he needed to restock ingredients because he'd run out of some stuff. At this point, tired of this complete farce and not knowing how long his 15min actually would be, we walked out despite we'd paid for food we hadn't received.

Probably the best part was that a few girls placed an order right around the 45min waiting mark, and they got their food in 10 minutes and the guy had time to make some flirty small talk with them despite 6 of us customers were still waiting for our food. Incredibly unprofessional.

From the moment I stepped into Ugood Restaurant, I was enveloped by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for a memorable dining experience. The menu is a delightful journey through flavors, and each dish I tried was nothing short of exceptional.

The highlight of my meal was the signature dish—tender, perfectly seasoned meats paired with vibrant, fresh vegetables. The appetizers were equally impressive. The unique fusion of ingredients in the starters made for a fantastic introduction to the meal. I particularly loved the creative twists on classic dishes, which were both familiar and refreshingly new. Service was attentive and knowledgeable, adding to the overall experience. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making each guest feel welcome and satisfied. I wrote an email to Ugood over a month ago and haven’t hear back. I wasn’t going to write a bad review had i received an apology for our experience, but I am sad to report that hasn’t happened …

My friends and I ordered 3 Rolex and 2 bowls. we took them to go. all of fries, which were in all of our dishes, were contaminated with soap. The food was inedible, and we all ended up throwing it away after a couple of bites. Two out of the five of my group were immediately sick.

Not to mention the woman working the counter was rude.

This is a huge safety hazard and I’m extremely disappointed in our experience, and can understand the other negative reviews that this facility...
