I had the worst experience and worst birthday because of dinner in the sky, I booked for my friends and I for my birthday dinner true PayPal we go pick up at the hotel , we did the form giving away our rights anyways they ask me if I can access the email I use on my PayPal I told them I left the table at the hotel and can’t access from my phone because I will never need to confirm it from the other device I even showed them the back card I use because I had it on me. They said they will have to refund the money and we pay their I said no due to PayPal and my bank it will take a few days they had use for over half we ask for a manager it was ignored their problem was with the email address my friend ask for a manager again she was called on the phone my friend explain what was happening and ask her if they could hold on to our passports while we do the dinner them after 1 of us would go back to the hotel for the tablet with the PayPal and email she allowed us to but I had to sign while it was ready to go up my friends had to keep them to hold on. We had the dinner my friend stay while we went for the device their we thought the driver they had would drop up at the hotel then pick us up back after dropping off the other guests he took us all the way to their hotel which is around 1 hour away before to our hotel while my is still sitting as if we stole something or we didn’t pay we go the device went back to dinner in the sky to so them so my friends could leave I pull everything up on the tablet which I still don’t know the email address they claim the PayPal payment came in from but everything was with the email I know that they had problems with I told them to type in that email address let me try and log in to show them the email must an error because that no my correct email which she did and the email showed they was no user found the email does exit she was still not satisfied she ask to take all 3 of us picture at the dinner in the sky back drop we ask why her reply was they take everyone when they do dinner we know that’s a lie so we left I regret spending my $185 for this I should have just taken back the PayPal refund and left but my heart was set on it I’m traumatized for the experience and would come back to this country or recommend anyone to do dinner in the sky and yes we know it’s because we...

If you are looking for a party experience, the night time flight is for you. My group of six took the last flight of the night and we were NOT looking for a party so it was a bit much for us.

We opted to be picked up by the shuttle service. A van arrived to pick us up and we were the first group on the shuttle, we then picked up six more people and it was a TIGHT Squeeze!

Upon arrival there was a bit of confusion and the check-in process was not seamless and rather a bit chaotic. Staff was not that pleasant either.

However, once on the flight the food was great. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food. We ordered the drink package but barely got any drinks. There is a photographer on the flight with you who does take pictures which you are able to purchase via digital download once the dinner is over. (BEWARE this process can take awhile so try to be first in line if you are buying photos).

They do play music during the flight as well as during pick-up and drop off and LOUDLY. One issue that we had was during our drop-off; a group of two girls (not a part of our party) did not want to go back to their hotel as required per the shuttle service. Instead this party wanted to go to a club. The driver, instead of taking all of the parties back to our hotels, instead took us over 45 minutes out of the way to drop the two girls off at a club that did not appear to be safe. The driver did not ask any other parties on board if we were okay with this. We then became stuck in a traffic jam of party goers for about 30 additional minutes in what appeared to be a secluded part of town of the beaten path.

Also another issue on our flight was a group of girls arrived who appeared to be highly intoxicated. One friend blacked out and management still allowed her to go up hunched over her seat and blacked out. Totally unsafe!

I would recommend if you are looking for a peaceful more family-friendly dinner, to take an earlier flight, preferably in the daytime. Also definitely book a...

I’m currently at dinner in the sky . It has been a very underwhelming experience. I can start at the dinner ,was supposed be for seven pm and we paid for transportation for a six pm pick up . The driver did not arrive until 6:36pm and he seemed very confused . He stated that he had 5-7 more people to pick up . It did not state that transportation would be with other people . The coordinator did not mention that either when we spoke . When I spoke to her at 6:40pm she told us that dinner in the sky will not start till we were all arrived . We did not arrive at the dinner in the sky location until after 7:30 pm . We did not go into the sky until 8:15pm ,so we waited 2 hours for this experience . Moving onto the food the salad was salty , they brought out a potato soup with pesto it was subpar. The vegan option was mashed potatoes with ravioli which was very very salty and the texture was very raw . Lastly,the desert was not bad it was just wet and tart . Overall the food needed more of a variety . The music was the highlight and the staffs energy was perfect . Definitely, not worth $ 185...
