I NEVER write reviews. This is my first time writing a review but I just HAD to leave a comment. I am blown away. This Jerk chicken tastes even better than the jerk from Jamaica! It was sooo moist & juicy and even came with an extra side dish of sauce! Even the vegetables were smothered in butter it was sooo good. The BBQ wings were perfection!!! Could even eat the bones that's how perfectly cooked they were. The sauces were phenomenal! I'm the type of person who HAS to add salt and pepper to every single thing I eat, but I did not have to add a single thing to this food. My mom got the coconut shrimp and mashed potato, she was so happy that she was eating it with her fingers and told us to stop talking to her while she ate ! The service was amazing ... mind you we were one of only ones in the restaurant. The food came out fast. I only ordered 1 shot of rum and they discounted it for me. We could not finish all of the food. We had to take the rest to go. They gave us their wifi password so i could get an Uber. The reggae music was amazing. This restaurant was highly disappointing. My group of four were seated and placed our order for drinks, appetizers, and entrees all at once. The waitress even read back our order to us to confirm she had everything correct. Drinks were not served to us for at least 20-30 minutes, and the bob Marley daiquiri was pure sugar, no fresh fruit or alcohol was in it. The appetizers and entrees were not good - the jerk pork was dry and the oxtails needed to be cooked further. We could've forgiven all of that except our waitress was truly awful. We ordered three appetizers but only got two and when we asked about the third she said she would "put it in," so she clearly forgot about it and was not apologetic. Finally we asked for the bill, she took our cards and did not return for at least another 20 minutes, to which she eventually returned and threw the receipts down on the table. There was no apology for the slow service or missed food or even a farewell from her. If you enjoy authentic Jamaican food, I would not recommend you go here.

So disappointed. Picked because I am vegan and they have an entire section of the menu with vegan options. Arrived around 9pm and after about 15 minutes the waitress was able to take our order (she was slammed so I didn’t mind the wait); they were out of many items across the menu, but had a couple vegan options left so placed our order. After 30-40 minutes the cook brought food for one person (the only non-vegan dish) but told the other 2 of us they were out of what we ordered; we changed our order and the cook said that was fine. They waited at least 15 minutes more to come back and tell us they are totally out and had no vegan options left. By this point it is 10pm, and having a diet with already limited options in Punta Cana, by waiting 45+ minutes after ordering for the server and kitchen to figure out they had no food is just beyond inexcusable.
