I took my son to Dinner in the Sky for the experience. I will tell you that they do not disappoint. The food was great! I had the shrimp, potatoes, and vegetables. My son had the kids' burger and chips. It wasn't cheap, but I will say that it was well worth the experience. The communications between the staff was awesome. The food and drinks were Excellent. I just can't rave about them enough. The bartender on the ground was the truth. He was really nice and fixed my drink to perfection, while we waited our turn to go up. We turnt up with him first. But Gibson and the crew aboard the dinner was the best to do it. They catered to my 11 yo son, with the food, music, and just over all entertainment. When I say, if I ever visited Punta Cana again, I will definitely go back there.

Hubby and I went here in April! I have it a 4 stars because we were overlooked for be “free drink” they give before getting on! However, we weren’t tripping! There were safety concerns that they took serious because it started to rain- I can appreciate that! But they passed out drinks to all but the 2 of us (and how about at the end…. My husband and I were the only ones to tip) 😏! Anyhow… this is what I would call an experience! The food itself was not what I would normally eat! I didn’t eat ANY of it other than the steak and rice, which had a different taste I enjoyed. The music…. Was LIT 🔥!! The host was LIT!! I would it again and world definitely say- “it’s an experience!” Which that’s what we were going for and it delivered!!!

If you are looking for a party experience, the night time flight is for you. My group of six took the last flight of the night and we were NOT looking for a party so it was a bit much for us. We opted to be picked up by the shuttle service. A van arrived to pick us up and we were the first group on the shuttle, we then picked up six more people and it was a TIGHT Squeeze! Upon arrival there was a bit of confusion and the check-in process was not seamless and rather a bit chaotic. Staff was not that pleasant either. However, once on the flight the food was great. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food. We ordered the drink package but barely got any drinks. There is a photographer on the flight with you who does take pictures which you are able to purchase via digital download once the dinner is over. (BEWARE this process can take awhile so try to be first in line if you are buying photos). They do play music during the flight as well as during pick-up and drop off and LOUDLY. One issue that we had was during our drop-off; a group of two girls (not a part of our party) did not want to go back to their hotel as required per the shuttle service. Instead this party wanted to go to a club. The driver, instead of taking all of the parties back to our hotels, instead took us over 45 minutes out of the way to drop the two girls off at a club that did not appear to be safe. The driver did not ask any other parties on board if we were okay with this. We then became stuck in a traffic jam of party goers for about 30 additional minutes in what appeared to be a secluded part of town of the beaten path. Also another issue on our flight was a group of girls arrived who appeared to be highly intoxicated. One friend blacked out and management still allowed her to go up hunched over her seat and blacked out. Totally unsafe! I would recommend if you are looking for a peaceful more family-friendly dinner, to take an earlier flight, preferably in the daytime. Also definitely book a private transfer.

Dinner in the Sky is definitely a different experience yet it wasn’t what me and my friend expected! For starters the food was just blah ,the serving size was an absolute joke,secondly to pay for an open bar and practically having to beg for drinks was kind of ridiculous,the MC wasnt attentive to us as she was in her phone pretty much the entire ride. Lastly there really wasn’t a good view in the sky-we saw the parking lot and a dark pond. That was hampster food ! Nothing was elegant about that meal other than presentation! It wasn’t even real steak if you ask me ! We got two slices of some sort of beef on top of mashed potatoes! The whole dinner in the sky idea is nice to try but kind of misleading. I’ve road ferris wheels that go higher than that went ! It should be called snack on a ride not dinner in the sky . Music was great though 💯

Horrible customer service. I canceled my reservation on June 29th as there was a storm during that time and per the policy the company stated I would receive a refund within 21 business days. It is now August 8th and I have yet to receive a refund. I reached out to am associate and she said the manager would get back to me. I sent several emails, called multiple times via WhatsApp and I have yet to recieve a response. I have emails that I will also post supporting the lack of response and the claim that I would get my refund within 21 days. I do not recommend this company based on there lack of service and integrity to adhering to their refund policy which they have in writing.

Dinner in the sky definitely provides the vibes but I think they forgot about the dinner part. The bread and hummus appetizer were decent but the main course was horrible. The food is precooked and if they mess something out they won’t accommodate you. I ordered steak which came out past well done. It was so well done that the meat was white. The experience was different and the music was great but we were in the sky over a parking lot. For $185 I was an expecting great food with great views. The views weren’t it and neither was the food. Sitting in the sky for an hour was kinda cool though.
