For those who look for a good vibe and gym. Not here. I've been member of this gym since they opened. Everything was great BEFORE COVID. Clean gym, BUT you have to come there only in between 12 and 3 pm. After or before it is almost impossible to peacefully work out. I just finished my contract with them the main reason was Poorest Client service I've ever experience. One particularly arrogant manager who is absolutely not interested to keep members. She needs to get some client service courses. Constant problems with payment and I had to resolve problems that THEY had. The finishing point for me was when I had to come down there because of another payment issue ( they bombarded me with messages about payment from card that was in the system that I meed to reregister it) . Lady sees that I clearly can't walk because of trauma. She asks the number of my membership( lets pretend she could just look at the system in the computer that is infront if her face). She made me stand up and scan my fingers. So I go back and forth. At that point I was ready to finish my membership just not to ever experience treatment like this. RHERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER GOOD AND CLEAN GYMS who actually care about their client. Better bring my money to another place. This summer, we had to pause our visits to the gym for several months. We informed both the administrator via WhatsApp and the personal trainer in advance about this break.
However, upon our return, we were charged RD$14,000 for the time we were not attending, in an ultimatum-like tone, claiming that this was the only way to reactivate our access. We were told it was our fault that they didn’t understand we were taking a break from the gym. The same situation happened to our friends.
The staff refuses to provide contact information for the supervisor or manager, and management is ignoring emails and messages. It’s disappointing to see that a gym we’ve been so loyal to doesn’t reciprocate that loyalty towards its clients, instead choosing to ignore our concerns and charge us unfairly. OWNER: It will not allow me to reply to you. Yes, 2 of the fitness coaches specifically. I'm not the only one impacted by this. Many other members complain about it but may not write on here.
Many days, we have to find other ways to workout since the equipment they are using may be for many hours while they walk around to 5 or 6 machines.
