First and last time coming to the restaurant. Service was unpleasant and unprofessional. Recently came to the area with my husband and been trying different restaurants. (We came on a Friday night.) The decor is nice and it not busy or crowded so we sat where we wanted no reservation was needed. I speak english and a little spanish, my husband speaks spanish. The menu was both languages. I asked our waitress if she spoke english and she says a little. I asked if they sold the empanadas half beef or chicken or is it one option per order. She confirmed one option and told me mozzarella sticks are not available. We picked chicken empanadas and fish fingers. She says ok attempts to show me her notepad and I repeated the order. She returned 15 minutes later with two orders of empanadas one chicken and one beef. I told her it was incorrect and where is fish and she left to get another staff member. This time I used a translator since it was not understood the first time. The man walked off and said ok one moment. We put the plate to the side and another 20 minutes later no fish fingers. The same waitress came back I told her take the plate she began speaking to my husband and leaves the plate my husband ate the empanadas and another 15 minutes go by and still no fish fingers. My husband asked what happened and she finally comes out 5 minutes later with 4 small overcooked fish fingers. Total for 3 appetizers 1500 pesos. Not worth $25 the empanadas are the size of pizza bites and the service was not up to standards. Especially for...
Read moreSadly, I can’t share many details about their food because we were never got that far in the meal 🤣 We were seated and ordered a drink. The woman had was a bit confused about the order, but we got our drinks a little while later. She never came back for the food order. Another group came in and about 20 minutes later got food! Then the waitress came back and asked it we wanted more drinks so we told her our food order instead. She had to clarify it twice and then we decided to leave. Then we paid the bill and that took 10 minutes because she had to get the manager to get 1000 pesos which is about $20. My husband called over the manager and she said the girl is busy…there were three tables 🙄 terrible service!! Won’t be back. And their music is so loud at night it’s disturbing and goes till almost 2am rude and...
Read moreWhat a cool bar and restaurant! We went early and had the sweetest young lady help us. She was so thoughtful to reserve a table for us and the waitresses were great. The food is fresh and very good. The DJ music depends on the night. The staff told us that Wednesday, Friday and Saturday were the days that it was busy. Go and enjoy this Hotspot right on the beach. Families are welcome but it gets very busy after 11pm so it's truly not meant for young children at night. If I had one thing that could use an upgrade it's the bathrooms. There's only one bathroom for men and one for women. When it gets busy, you can already decide what happens. It might be time to redo...
