Nicole Residence — Hotel in Las Terrenas

My second stay at Nicole, can't add much more to the excellent reviews already posted about this mini-oasis: Impeccably clean, well equipped rooms with great Wi-Fi Safe, beautiful grounds, gated, with 24/7 security Location Location Location Attentive, professional Desk Staff (many speak English) Short walk to the best beaches/restaurants etc.

We stayed at Nicole Aparthotel for 2 weeks in November. What a lovely enclave in the heart of Las Terrenas. A 5 minute walk to the ocean gives way to a number of beautiful beaches to choose from. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the management and housekeeping staff work hard to make your stay so enjoyable. Within walking distance to the grocery store and so many restaurants. Don’t let the photos fool you these units have dirty smelly towels inside and no toiletries. The towels smell like wet dog. The mattress was so uncomfortable my back hurt from it. The worst part is that there was blood stains on the comforter!!! Unsanitary building. The management is disrespectful and struggles with communication. Very unwelcoming and rude I would not go back.
