El espacio al aire libre es adecuado para un desayuno modesto y sus picaderas con muy buenas: croquetas con mucho pollo, cremosas y crujiente por fuera...a diferencia de los bollitos de harina con sabor a pollo que suelen ofrecer como croquetas de pollo. las bolitas de queso crema cubiertas de parmesano son exquisitas. Tienen un nivel de acidez balanceado por un salado discreto que al combinar con otras picaderas como los kipes (con su carcteristico sabor a malagueta) o los pastelitos logran un plato balanceado en cuanto a sabores y texturas. Los pastelitos me merecen una mención especial pues la masa es crocante y limpia en cuanto a presentación: color amarillo muy tenue y sin esas burbujas propios de la masa que no tienen la cantidad de grasa adecuada. Los de queso, son divinos. Aun no pruebo los de pollo.

En cuanto a postres, la variedad y presentación de los mismos, le hacen el lugar ideal para comprar regalos y detalles que te hacen quedar muy bien por lo delicioso y vistoso...

The place is great and has been the leading bakery for several years in the DR. All the pastries, finger foods, dessert and juices are amazing. The tricolor flag breakfast is not the best, I've had better, but I highly recommend you try it and judge...
