We really wanted to like this place after we read so glowing reviews and heard people talk about how great it was. First, the good things. Amazing atmosphere, cool vibe, nice and friendly staff, but the food was severely lacking. We ordered two sandwiches that severely lacked flavor. Also, the service was mediocre. We waited a long time to be greeted. The food did arrive quickly, but we did not receive our coffee that we asked to have before our meal until after the meal was delivered. We were very disappointed in the food quality and the taste, and we were shocked that it was packed. We are from New Orleans, so we are used to amazing flavors with depth and complexities.

The first time we went we were overall impressed by the options, but we went again yesterday and were very disappointed. The juice is quite clearly not fresh, the bread also didn't taste fresh, the tigrillo was mostly onions, and the overall food quality just wasn't good enough to go back.
