The place's decoration is so impersonal and tasteless... in addition to that, paying 20usd for the "lunch special" which options are pasta or... PASTA... is way too expensive when for 10usd you can eat much better in nicer places... also if you want dessert is 7-10usd a piece of tart... I'm not sure about the rest of the menu and its "American" feel.
