Sushimoto on Calle Finlandia is an excellent sushi spot in Quito. We enjoyed it so much that we went twice with our friend and even ordered once for dinner. I think that for the prices many people will find this place attractive, but the food is very very below average. The sushi was terrible, the rice is overcooked and mushed together, the shrimp inside was over cooked, the soy sauce is mixed with water. We also had ramen and well, it's bad. The broth is watery and not thick or full of flavor. The noodles are like the noodles that come in those 1 dollar soup packages. They dress the soup to look the part, but it's just cheap and bad...

We are visiting from Australia. Felt like some sushi and found this place rated 4.9 on google (we were a little skeptical). however, It definitely lived up to expectations! We had prawn gyoza and 20 rolls of 4 different sushi. Very tasty. Fresh ingredients and creative presentations. Would definitely recommend if you feel like some sushi whilst in quito.
