Belleza Spa massage and Turkish Hamam — Restaurant in Al Hadaba

It was a real pleasure to get a massage from Belleza Spa massage. First, I will start with getting there. We called to ask the price and check the availability, even though it was saying closing at 11pm and the time we try to be there was 9.30pm, the owner said it is managable and no worries. And also he offered pick up / drop off service it was around 5-10 minutes driving. One part I liked it too was, (obviously they prefer cash to credit card so paying in cash is better if you have) we had to pay by card because of lack of cash, already taking card was good but the amount he charged with the currency exchange was generous. They don't cheat or don't play with price there, I found them very honest.

And the massage itself, 100 euros for two people, I thought it could be expensive for Hurghada's price but in short I can tell you it is totally worthy. It is 2.5 hours they put all different programs using different honey herb mixed cream and scrub, sauna jacuzzi and massage too. I have gotten the thai massage too, and even comparing that it was really good massage. I had conversation with the owner while he was driving, he is doing this business more than 15 years and he seems really passionate about the business.

You know 150 reviews and keeping 5.0 rating is not easy at all. He really care his business and reputation so on. If you are hesitating, I can tell you it was totally satisfiable. The owner English is not perfect but communicable and very friendly....

And here’s why: 1-Service Quality and Neat Facility: -From the first moment, you feel the relaxing vibes, welcoming spirit by staff and excellent customer care! -The facility is well serviced and maintained, appealing colors and lovely design/decor. -Customer care and service via phone and WhatsApp is available, their response is satisfactory and quick.

2-Friendly and Professional Staff: -You get more than you wish for, from a welcoming orientation to refreshing drinks to help in every step while preserving your privacy and safety. -Marwa & Zainab in particular were exemplary in their conduct and helping us through the entire experience. They know exactly how to make your body massage and relaxing wishes come true!

3-Value for Money: -I have had the full Turkish Hammam service, and while I had this experience in different MENA and Europe countries, Belleze is the best value for money experience by far and they provided extra free drinks and cold water without me asking. -When I asked to extend my time in the Sauna and Jaccuzi, the staff welcomed my request!

My wife and I just finished a program of ROMEO & JULIET and it’s not quite good.

1.When we was in SAUNA, the door is transparent and you could see people walked on the corridor… of course people could see you also…a man crossed by many times... there’s no privacy.

2.Please allow me vey blunt to say that I don’t have massage service there because the women who just touched me (she called medium😰)….. I could feel that she don’t want to do this job and if today was her first day for this duty, I won’t be surprised.

The price list is based on EURO but they charged you by Egyptian pounds with higher rate. I didn’t notice this issue because I don’t have internet on the underground level. I changed the money by USD and have no idea on the rate between EURO & Egyptian Pounds.

5/19 Edited The owner reached me many times after receiving above feedback! I feel his sincerity on improving the service. He listened and tried to figure out any improvements if he can do.
