I visited this restaurant with my foreign friends and they were Greek. They read a lot about this restaurant online and were very excited to visit it as its promoted as a greek bar / restaurant. First the menu was only in Arabic which was a disaster for non Arabic speakers. Then we asked for tzatziki and the waiter who doesn’t speak English said they dont have. We skipped and asked for more items that he kept saying that he will check the availability. The portions are very small and very salty. The mix grill was below average and the service is very slow. We asked for the cheque which was almost 100$ they said they dont have card payment and only cash which was challenging because none of us had cash money. We managed to pay in euros which was equivalent to 68 euros. As a foreigner living in Egypt of course I feel that not every restaurant serves good food and good service especially if at a reasonable restaurant.
But this restaurant ma sha allah is perfect in the point of every view such as price, service, food , drinks, location.
And especially service is the best they are friendly and professional and never forget what you order(which happens all the time in Egypt),not stressful at all. They actually should work in 5star hotel.
