Butcher's Burger — Restaurant in Cairo

I have been a regular customer for over 3 years at Butcher’s burger El Korba branch and, I would easily say they are one of the best managed franchises in Egypt. Food quality is very consistent, The staff is awfully too kind and professional. Especially Mr Abdelrahman which always makes every visit a treat. I definitely enjoy their burgers especially the juicy lucy and the masterpiece, Their salads are actually well thought out and nothing comes out soggy or messy, Their dynamite chicken wings are the best wings you can ever have. Irresponsible and disrespectful staff. We confirmed by phone that a certain offer is available before arriving, after we ordered by 10 minutes the waiter tells us the offer is delivery only. We swallowed it and said alright we will take it to go. After another 5 minutes the waiter tells us the offer is only available via delivery. All orders of course given by the manager who watched us as we leave and acted like looking on his phone screen when we approached the door to leave. Wow no words to say u lost a few...

The salad was good, the roasted chicken and loaded chicken were good. The fries and mashed potatoes were not as good. I think they need to improve the potatoes section. The service was excellent. The waiter was nice and tried hard to make us happy. The toilet was a mess and when I told him he got it cleaned and came to tell me it’s ok now.
