Booked for iftar and had to pay a downpayment a few hours in advance. The food was below average. We got the appetizers plate pictured below for 300 egp and it was not worth all that money neither quantity not quality wise. The nachos tasted weirdly of seafood and weren't fresh, the wings were thin and bony, and there were only 4 small mozzarella sticks without a cheese pull. As for the burger, the tomato slice was thicker and wider than the patty even though its not supposed to be a thin smashed burger in the photos. It was a stiff dry overly salted burger. The Buffalo chicken sandwich only had a droplet of Buffalo sauce on top that wasn't spicy in the slightest. The mushroom chicken plate, the thicker parts of the chicken were suspiciously pink compared to the normal part. Even the potatoes were bad, mashed potatoes didn't taste good and the so-called "parmesan" fries were stale. The atmosphere was ruined with playing of the awful sadistic reality tv show Ramez that features screaming people, RIP if you wanted a nice romantic date or family time. The waiters are constantly yelling and berating each other since I had the misfortune of sitting near the (almost open) kitchen. The A/C was freezing cold the entire time we had to move outside immediately after eating and they didn't do anything to address that when we told them multiple times.

Read moreFrom the moment we walked into TGI Fridays, we knew we were in for something special—but what truly made our night unforgettable was our amazing waiter, Omar. He was the definition of outstanding service: super responsive, incredibly nice, and genuinely friendly. You could feel how much he cared about making sure we had a great time.
Omar was welcoming from the start, greeting us with a big smile and making us feel like VIPs. He checked in just the right amount—not too much, not too little—and somehow anticipated what we needed before we even asked. Every recommendation he gave was spot-on, and he made the whole dining experience smooth, fun, and relaxed.
The food was delicious as always (can’t go wrong with their signature appetizers and juicy burgers!), but Omar made the night feel more like dinner with a friend than a simple restaurant visit. If you’re heading to TGI Fridays and want top-tier service, ask for Omar....
Read moreWell , we ordered classic ribeye , tennesse chicken and shrimps , a 4 types starter dish (I dun remember it’s name) , The food was good , tasty , delicious, the waiter was very friendly, the most thing I noticed wasn’t the food , it was the soda drink we ordered , i felt it’s not the locally made , may be that’s not a true feeling because a week before I was drinking one the worst mirinda I ever tasted before at lord of the wings which u can find at my review for my meal at that place , anyhow , the drink was good , food was great , BUT , it’s overpriced and I can’t tell that it’s that unique restaurant that I’d pay this amount of money at , So if you’re one of those who usually hangs out , it’s a very nice place but if you like to enjoy your meal and pay what’s really worth , I dun recommend it...
