And, for me, both Mimo and this pub are what make every visit to El Gouna unique.

Smugglers is not just a bar but a safe refuge to all the travellers:) Walking away from Marina and all that shiny splashy places you need to follow sign hung above the alley “smugglers” and you end up in a small bar cozy, but with a big heart in shape of a smile of amazing friendly owner, big tables and feeling like you belong there. You can also meet fun people that traveling the world and can share a good story. This place attracts all kinds of interesting tourists and expats. We came for 1 drink for 1 evening, and just kept returning every day till our last 30 minutes in El Gouna. This place is must visit for a cheeky pint. Special note to the design inside - this place is a remnant of the sea voyage culture with crafty designed and 100% hand picked artifacts that make this bar very authentic in all newness of El Gouna. My fellow Dutchies, this could be your “brown bar” with Heineken away from home and beloved bar setup. Must visit in Marina because this place is - a safe harbor for people from all corners...

Come here every yr when visiting hugarda mimo always makes you welcome and tries his best at beating me in darts 😆 🤣 was there last night and yet again he failed miserably (i did let him win the last game 😆)but seriously it's well worth a visit the music and atmosphere is ace with great company see you nxt Yr keep practicing 😀 Love...
